1989-1993 various roles from software engineering to product marketing management with Consilium, a provider of semiconductor factory automation software, Mountain View, California; 1994-1997 product management with Teknekron Software Systems, provider of real-time financial trading systems, Palo Alto, California. 1997-2014 member of the founding team, TIBCO Software, a real-time predictive data analytics software company in Palo Alto, California: various positions including Head of Global Field Operations, General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa operations and Chief Marketing Officer. From 2014 until 2021, Member of the Managing Board of the World Economic Forum and founding Head of the Forum's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the Presidio in San Francisco, California.
