Michael Allen is Global lead, Healthcare workforce for KPMG International. In this capacity, he
collaborates across the KPMG global organisation helping to create approaches aimed at addressing the worldwide shortage of healthcare workers and to help KPMG firms’ clients — large and small, public and private, systems and organisations — to understand, plan and transform their healthcare workforces. As a partner with KPMG in the UK, Michael leads the firm’s healthcare workforce practice and is the lead healthcare partner for the north of England.
