Henry Ajder is a leading expert on AI, deepfakes, and the generative revolution.

He is the founder of Latent Space Advisory, a firm providing strategic guidance to global companies and governments navigating the fast-moving AI landscape. Henry serves as an expert advisor to organisations including Adobe, Meta, The UK Government, EY, and OECD AI.

Recognised as a "Generative AI Power Player" by the Financial Times, Henry's work has transformed global understanding of AI and synthetic media.

His research has shaped global AI legislation, including in the UK, the US, and India, and has received coverage from over 100 international media outlets. His pioneering 2019 report, The State of Deepfakes, was the first to map the impact of generative technologies on business and society. He has led frontier AI programmes at MIT, The Partnership on AI, and Sensity AI.

Henry anticipated generative AI’s seismic impact in his acclaimed BBC documentary series, The Future Will be Synthesised.

Henry is a LinkedIn “Top Voice” on AI and an established media contributor. He frequently appears on broadcasts from the likes of CNN, Bloomberg, and BBC News, and in publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, and MIT Technology Review.

Henry co-leads the University of Cambridge’s Generative AI In Business programme and is a Visiting Researcher at the Minderoo Centre for Technology & Democracy.
