Swiss national, founder of three companies in 10 years in China: Mosaiq SA, Integrate Chinese Life ltd & AETEA ltd. Today, with the support of diplomatic institutions, Nicolas encourages the exchanges to and from China through various projects, such as business learning expeditions on innovative models and new technologies for company executives, politicians and opinion leaders. Mosaiq SA actively works with multinationals, governments and business schools.

Created a fund of yearly scholarships for young talents to go to China for educational and professional stays (ICL CUP), as well as a platform that brings hundreds of young professionals from all over the world to China (ICL & Internships China) every year.

As a member of Global Shaper Community Shanghai II Hub, Nicolas launched IMPROVE: a 7-day sponsored program through which Global Shapers come every year to Shanghai and create projects that have a positive and sustainable impact on the local community.
