Dr. Moitreyee Sinha is the CEO and co-Founder of citiesRISE, a multi-stakeholder initiative that includes many of the world’s leading experts and practitioners working to increase hope, inclusion, and access to mental health care for young people through a network of cities. She brings extensive experience working across sectors to address the root causes and complex inter-dependencies that stand in the way of healthy communities. Moitreyee is a leading expert in designing and implementing large-scale systems change and building public-private partnerships. She has shaped national programs for health, water, and education across 22 countries as well as led large multi-disciplinary efforts to develop new innovations and paths to market for healthcare, consumer products, and infrastructure sectors. Achieving a PhD in Physics taught her to work cross-functionally, bridging gaps between science, research, and humanities. She received Cambodia's highest Medal of Honor for Philanthropy, the Global Business Coalition's Award for Disease Prevention & Beyond, as well as General Electric’s Highest Technical Award.
