In this controlled environment, frontier solutions were rigorously tested – from secure digital trade documentation and self-sovereign identity to stablecoin payments and DeFi lending – and the experiment illuminated both the immense possibilities of digital transformation as well as the policy adaptations needed for mass adoption.
A practical roadmap for governments, regulators and innovators shaping the next era of resilient, inclusive global commerce, Advancing Digital Trade: Insights from the UAE TradeTech Sandbox distils the key learnings and policy recommendations arising from this landmark initiative.
