Preparing for the Future of Work in Media and Entertainment

As technology develops at an accelerated pace, cognitive abilities and tasks that were once thought to be reserved for humans are increasingly being automated. There is a window of opportunity now for our industry to proactively manage this transition, ensuring that gains are maximized, negative impact is contained and opportunities are shared equally, regardless of gender, age and origin. This project will bring together an industry task force to develop a roadmap of how the media, entertainment and information industry can put in place innovative company-specific, industry-wide and multistakeholder programs to prepare for the future of work.
