Vincent Chriqui is head of transformation and innovation at the Ministry of Finance. He is also mayor of Bourgoin-Jallieu, a city of 28,000 in Isère, close to Lyon. Previously, Mr. Chriqui has held several positions in higher administration including: expert at the Cour des Comptes (National Audit Office), general director of the Center for Strategic Analysis (policy analysis unit in the Prime Minister's Office), parliamentary advisor to the Prime Minister, and chief of staff to the Minister for Work, Employment and Training. Mr. Chriqui has also been active in national politics, most recently as campaign manager for François Fillon, candidate for the French Presidency. Mr. Chriqui is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration.
