中東・北アフリカの大学は、どのように地域を世界の次なる技術ハブに変えられるか
現代の経済イノベーションのエコシステムとして一般に最も認められているものは幾つかありますが、そのなかでも大学は中心的存在です。古くから大学は保守的なものと見られてきましたが、現在のこのエリート機関は、例えばシリコンバレーやルート128、ケンブリッジシャーといった地域の中核になっています。
