Simone Wyss Fedele has served as CEO of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE), the official Swiss organization for export and investment promotion, since 2019.

Simone Wyss Fedele holds a PhD in International Economics + Business and has extensive experience in executive management and on boards of directors. She worked for over 20 years in the life sciences, technology, and insurance sectors – either in core business roles or at the interface with industry associations, public authorities, and policymakers. Most recently, she served as Chief Economist and Head of Public Affairs at Novartis International in Switzerland and was a member of the Swiss Country Executive Team. She joined Novartis from Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she held the roles of Commercial Lead and Head of Market Access for Europe and Canada.

Simone Wyss Fedele is a member of the Board of Directors of Bachem and serves on several advisory boards, including those of the International Trade Center, the Swiss National Bank, and Deeptech Nation Switzerland. She is a current member of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Trade and Investment.

Commissioned by the Swiss Confederation and the cantons, S-GE is a private consulting and platform organization with over 2,000 members, around 200 employees, and more than 3,000 partners worldwide. It supports more than 6,500 companies in Switzerland and in around 130 countries with their international business development.
