Roshan Shetty has over 25+ years of global experience in the IT services industry managing clients across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC across different industry verticals (BFSI, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail & TMT). He currently holds the position of BFSI & Public Services Head – Americas at Tech Mahindra and member of the TechM Management Council. He previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Sonata Software and scaled the global IT services business to industry leading growth. Roshan held many senior leadership positions at Infosys, the latest being, Infosys UK Head and Infosys Head of Insurance, Life Sciences & HealthCare for EMEA in addition to being Member of Executive Council (Europe). He is an industry leader and member of GOV.UK’s Trade Advisory Group for Telecoms and Technology. He is part of Forbes Business Development Council which is accomplished group of passionate leaders and changemakers. He successfully collaborated with C-level client stakeholders on many strategic businesses & IT digital and data transformation deals that brought forward immense value to client organizations including successfully closing large complex M&A deals.
 
As Country Head for Infosys in Netherlands Roshan spearheaded the partnership model with Universities in the Netherlands to embrace local talent and sponsor initiatives collaborating with universities to give back to society. He was also part of the Netherlands Prime Minister’s delegation on Trade and Commerce.
 
Roshan is a Stanford University alumnus, where he completed the Executive Leadership Program and the Stanford Ignite Program - Entrepreneurship & Leadership. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering
