With more than 20 years experience across various cultures, industries and business functions he is recognised for his exceptional ability to be an innovator who also can make the world a better place.

In 2011 Richard co-founded Lenddo, an innovative social mission driven Fintech company that credit scores millions of micro/small businesses and individuals in emerging countries. Until recently he was CEO driving the implementation of the strategy through product management, data science, technology, operations and marketing teams achieving 100% growth per year.

He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur (the leading high impact entrepreneurship movement around the world), supporting high growth entrepreneurs and is a mentor for Seedstars (an organization that empowers the most amazing changemakers in emerging markets).

Richard is active with the World Economic Forum where he collaborates with The Future of Migration Global Council and Balancing Financial Stability, Innovation and Economic Growth initiative.

Over the last 3 years he has also become an active angel investor, making investments in for-profit social impact technology companies.
