SUMMARY
Rachel is an infectious disease epidemiologist with over 15 years of experience working in the field of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). She has held positions across several sectors including healthcare, academia, public health, and industry. At IQVIA she is leading on the company’s AMR strategy, which is focused on delivering a data-driven response to AMR. Rachel is an advocate for increased collaboration between sectors in addressing the threat posed by AMR and infectious diseases, and is leading engagements with national bodies, global organizations, academic institutes and the life sciences industry in support of incorporating real-world data and evidence into policy and practice. Further, Rachel represents IQVIA at the AMR Industry Alliance and the Infection Management Coalition, and is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Antimicrobial Resistance.
