Director-General of the Bureau of International Cooperation, Cyberspace Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CAC). Had served as Vice-Mayor of Yangzhou in Jiangsu Province, China, in 2013. From 2009 to 2013, Counsellor and Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MFA). Graduated from Shanghai International Studies University. Studied at the School of International Advanced Studies of Johns Hopkins University from 2001 to 2002.
