Philip Meissner is Founder and Director of the European Center for Digital Competitiveness, which aims to inspire public debate on the opportunities of digital technologies for solving big societal challenges.

He works with leaders who make decisions under uncertainty. His focus is strategy, decision quality, and the impact of emerging technologies –especially AI – on how organizations and societies are shaped.

Philip holds the Chair of Strategic Management at ESCP Business School, is the co-founder of the software company Equiqo, and a trusted advisor to organizations worldwide. His work has been featured by Bloomberg, Forbes, Politico, and Reuters. He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and has been recognized by Thinkers50 and Capital Magazine.

As part of his thought leadership, Philip hosts the video podcast What’s Next? with more than 500k subscribers, where he curates conversations with leaders to explore the forces shaping our future, offering strategic insights that help leaders make better decisions in a rapidly changing world.
