Noelia Garcia Nebra has over 15 years of experience in international trade and investment, as well as in sustainability policy and capacity building in developing countries. As Head of Sustainability and Partnerships at ISO, she leads efforts to strengthen ISO’s contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly by addressing climate change and diversity & inclusion .
She also plays a key role in ISO’s global partnerships and external engagement, ensuring that ISO’s voice is heard in multilateral discussions and international policy frameworks. By fostering alliances with international organizations, policymakers, and private sector leaders, she enhances ISO’s impact on global sustainability challenges.
Previously at ISO and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), she led initiatives on gender equality, institutional strengthening, and private sector development.
Noelia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, and a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona.
