Nick Baughan (37) became CEO of Maxus, part of WPP Plc, in 2015 after three years as MD. During his tenure at the agency it has grown its billings from £200m to £400m and at the same time the team has grown from 110 to 340 people. He attended Westminster School and Bristol University and is a member of the IPA Media Futures Group, a Non-Executive Director of The Media Circle and mentors for both The Marketing Society & Haverstock School. Nick lives in London with his wife and two young children.
