Nathalie Marcotte joined Schneider Electric in 1996 (acquired from Invensys). As SVP of Industrial Automation Services, she is responsible for the Services Business & Offer Development for the Industrial Automation Division ranging from product supports to advanced operational and digital services. In the space of Cybersecurity, she leads Schneider Electric’s Global Cybersecurity Services & Solutions businesses. Nathalie holds a master’s degree in Applied Sciences along with an Engineering degree. Nathalie possesses solid experience in a diverse range of P&L management; business development; services strategy and marketing planning; staff recruitment, deployment and motivation; OT Cyber Security; finance, project management, engineering / customer services, and supply chain management.Nathalie has held numerous leadership roles within the organization since, roles have included Vice President of Global Performance & Consulting Services, Vice President of Marketing, North America, General Manager for the Canadian Business and most recently prior to her recent appointment, Vice President of Marketing, Systems Business Globally. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Nathalie spent almost a decade at ABB Canada. While there, she held a couple of senior roles, in Marketing and Engineering Management. Having successfully managed cultural differences, she has proven leadership in developing and motivating teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Nathalie and her husband Daniel reside in Montreal, Quebec.
