I am a servant leader, creating impact through the media, literature and in the technology industries. As a believer in the right to access credible information for development of young people, i became the first woman of my age, to head a new media company in Tanzania, growing it into one of the most popular and credible news and entertainment platforms for youth in my country.

As a girls' and children's rights advocate, i have authored books that are both aspirational and inspirational to children, children stakeholders and for my community as a whole. My vision is for literature and story telling to be a tool that inspires dreams, forges inclusivity, harmony and encourages empathy in the world.

Within the sphere of technology, i have founded a premier innovation hub that serves teachers, children and education stakeholders, through a creative and design thinking curriculum, that nurtures creativity through technology, empowers through digital literacy, fosters inclusive education, creates memorable learning experiences, and improves overall learning outcomes. The hub has grown into a safe space for children to design, create and disrupt, for teachers to train through design thinking principles and bring the learning and skills gained, to their classrooms to encourage adoption of creative band learning.
The hub has developed a digital creative curriculum that has been submitted to the Tanzania Institute of Education, in a bid to deploy in the national curriculum.
