Manuel Kilian is Founder and CEO of GovMind. Before founding GovMind, Manuel worked as a strategy consultant for digital business models and as an investment manager for a leading German FinTech firm. He gained additional experience in politics as Chief of Staff to the President of the Federation of German Industries (‘Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie’) and as Guest Researcher in the British Cabinet Office. Manuel studied in Cambridge, Maastricht and Paris and is Founder and President of the Netzwerk Technologie & Gesellschaft e.V., a non-profit focusing on technological change and societal implications.
