Zhen Liu is SVP and Head of Strategy at Uber China, based in Beijing. She oversees corporate strategy for Uber China and leads Uber China's strategic development, including government relations, public affairs, and business development. Prior to joining Uber, Zhen was a corporate counsel at a renowned Silicon Valley law firm, and has advised tech companies both in the US and in China on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. Zhen has a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
