The Hon Dr Kevin Rudd AC served as Australia’s twenty-sixth Prime Minister from 2007 to 2010, then as Minister for Foreign Affairs, before a second term as Prime Minister in 2013. Dr Rudd was most recently the President and CEO of the Asia Society and President of the Asia Society Policy Institute. Dr Rudd holds a PhD from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University. He is the author of The Avoidable War: The Dangers of a Catastrophic Conflict between the U.S. and Xi Jinping’s China.
