Katherine Dixon is Vice President, Energy Transition Strategy in RDS. Katherine is a former British diplomat. She has a background in arms control policy, China and climate and energy. Her last role in government was as Private Secretary to the UK Foreign Secretary, leading on Asia, Russia, Europe, and global economic issues – including energy policy. Prior to joining RDS in 2019 she was the Director of Defence & Security at Transparency International – a global anti-corruption organisation.
