She holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (1998) and a Law degree from Pontificia Universidade Catolica/SP (2003), with a post graduate degree in Regulation of Public Services also from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2007). She has been working as a civil servant since 2003, first at the water and sanitation sector (Director of ARSESP - the São Paulo state regulatory agency for water and energy), where she was responsible for setting the service tariffs and quality standards related to the end users. From 2011 until 2014 was in charge of ARTESP, the São Paulo state transportation agency, which is the entity that regulates and controls all of the 19 private toll road operators that generate revenues of over U$3.2 billions. Until april 2018 was under secretary of Partnerships and Innovation, responsible for preparing new PPP projects in the sectors of transportation, urban mobility and housing, and monitoring the existing PPP contracts. At this position created the Pitchgov.sp; an initiative that aimed to present the real chalenges of the public sector to the brazilian startup ecossystem and to develop an interface that could bring a new and modern approach to old public sector problems. Today is the CEO of the São Paulo state water and sanitation company, the 4th. biggest Company at the water market and intend to bring a new approach to belo clean São Paulo rivers, face water losses and improve the relationship with its clients.
