Jean-Patrick Marquet is Special Adviser to the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), focusing on sustainable infrastructure development, and the President of the Geneva-based think tank Observatory of the Values in Society & Management. Previously, he was Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he was running till 2019 the infrastructure business across the Bank’s countries of operations. Mr Marquet was a Member of the WEF Global Future Council 2017-2023.
