Jamie Cross

Vice-President, Brand Partnerships, Conservation International

For the last 20 years Jamie Cross has been developing public-private partnerships benefiting conservation initiatives in the US and around the globe. Jamie joined Conservation International in 2015 to help build and lead the organization’s capacity for global brand partnerships.

Prior to coming to CI, Jamie worked with the Student Conservation Association as SVP of Marketing where she founded the ConSERVE NYC initiative to aid the landscape recovery and resilience efforts after Superstorm Sandy and engineered a multi-year sponsorship campaign targeting the millennial generation for national conservation service. She previously served as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of the National Park Foundation where she directed an overhaul of the media, marketing and corporate sponsorship efforts in advance of the National Parks Centennial anniversary. While there Jamie led the launch of Parks magazine, the first National Parks Leadership Summit on Partnership and Philanthropy, and the award-winning "This is Your Land" brand campaign aligned with the Ken Burns documentary, The National Parks: America's Best Idea.

Prior to her work in conservation, Jamie held senior global brand, communications and partnership roles in the private sector working with Discovery Communications, The Motley Fool, and Gap Inc.
