Formerly, eight years as founding Member including two-terms as Chairman, Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization; Member of the Congress of the United States, from Florida; Special Assistant to the US Trade Representative; Chair of the Global Practice, Greenberg Traurig law firm. Author of books, The Willing World: Shaping and Sharing a Sustainable Global Prosperity (2018) and Trade and Freedom (2004).
