Geraldine Chin Moody is the managing director and co-founder of 5H Values Capital which invests in and supports mission-driven businesses lead by 5H Leaders. At the core of its investment philosophy is that leaders who are Humble, Honest, Happy, Hungry and High-Performing will build and grow successful companies that are a force for good. Geraldine has held senior leadership roles in leading Australian listed companies as a member of the Group Executive Committee at the Virgin Australia Group and Australian Stock Exchange, and as the Australian Chief Operating Officer for global law firm Baker & McKenzie. Geraldine is known for her values-driven leadership and her passion for creating and nurturing inclusive communities. In addition to her leadership on diversity and inclusion in the corporate sector, she has served on the Management Committee of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service and the Board of the Australian National Committee for UN Women. She was the Founding Curator of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community in Sydney and continues to mentor and support people from a wide variety of backgrounds who are at different stages of their lives and careers. Geraldine has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and the NSW Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year. Geraldine undertook a Masters of Law at Harvard Law School as a Fulbright Scholar and Frank Knox Fellow and has a Bachelor of Laws (University Medal) and Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University. She maintains a range of interests including early-stage venture capital, the future of work, inclusive communities, women's empowerment, human capital development and purpose-led transformations.
