As Chief Executive of Open For Business, a coalition of global businesses who promote LGBTQ+ inclusion, I'm interested in making the economic case for LGBTQ+ inclusion - that diverse, open societies perform better, by engaging with business, government and Civil Society. We run programmes across the world and have staff in Kenya, The Caribbean, Central and Eastern Europe; and South East Asia.
