Danny Richmond

Danny Richmond is a global leadership and community-building professional who works at the intersection of leadership development, civic engagement and social impact. He is Manager, Leadership Programme and Engagement with the Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum, where he develops programmes, learning journeys and convenings that help emerging leaders navigate complexity, build meaningful connections and turn ideas into action. Danny brings more than two decades of experience in youth leadership, pluralist and inclusive community-building. Before joining the World Economic Forum, he held leadership roles with the Parliament of the World’s Religions, Ve’ahavta, the Inspirit Foundation and the Tony Blair Faith Foundation. His work is grounded in a belief in the power of diverse communities to foster dialogue, strengthen leadership and create positive social change.
