Caitlyn joined Tencent in 2006, playing a pivotal role in the company's online media business, including Tencent News and Tencent Sports. Appointed as the head of Tencent SSV in April 2021, she leads the company's strategic initiatives in sustainable social value innovations. Prior to Tencent, Caitlyn served as the director of News and Features at Southern Weekend and as editor-in-chief of South Reviews. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Wuhan University, an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School, and has been honored with a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University.
