Bridget Fawcett Global Head of Strategy, Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory Citi Bridget Fawcett is the Global Head of Strategy for Citi's Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) division where she is responsible for global strategy and business development efforts. She sits on the Executive Committee and is also a member of the Diversity Committee with responsibility for women’s initiatives. Prior to her current role, Bridget was the Chief Financial Officer for Corporate and Investment Banking, where she focused on re-engineering the global business and establishing client-driven financial and performance metrics. She also headed the Client Strategy Group and was responsible for client strategy and innovation efforts. Prior to these roles, she was an Investment Banker in Citi's Real Estate Group for ten years. Bridget is actively involved in various non-profit organizations. Bridget is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Future of Financial and Monetary Systems. She is also an Advisory Director for Columbia Business School’s Advanced Projects and Applied Research in Fintech initiative. Bridget serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Paul’s School, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Bridget is a member of the steering committee for the Dartmouth College Fund and serves as co-chair of Dartmouth’s Centennial Circle of Alumnae. She also co-chairs Phillips Academy’s Parent Advancement Council. Bridget received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in Russian Language. Bridget resides in New York City with her husband and their two children.
