Alok Kshirsagar is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company. He is in charge of client services to a number of leading companies in the US and Asia, with a focus on financial services, infrastructure and diversified conglomerates. Alok is passionate about using his expertise to support economic development and foreign policy in India and other emerging markets. He has led a number of McKinsey capabilities as well.He is currently the Asia leader for the Impact and capability accelerator, which is responsible for all of McKinsey's people, expertise and assets that drive implementation and capability change for clients. He has also led the Asia Risk Management practice and McKinsey Asia Center- a special initiative to help companies drive successful global expansion. He also serves on the Partner review committee that evaluates all partner globally. Alok also serves on the Board of Parliamentary Research Services, which builds the capabilities of legislators across India in a fact-based, non-partisan way, and the National Association for the Blind in Bangalore. He is also on the advisory board for the wildlife conservation trust and the United World Colleges National committee for India. He also serves on various Indian government committees that focus on infrastructure finance and is part of the WEF YGL alumni community. Alok has received a postgraduate degree in Politics and Economics from Oxford University, where he was an Inlaks scholar. He has a bachelors degree in Economics from St. Xavier's college , Mumbai where he was a National Merit Scholar.
