Aaron Sherwood

Aaron Sherwood is the founder and CEO of Rehuman – a multi-VC backed start-up on a mission to reinvent insurance for good. At Rehuman, Sherwood is building what he calls a trusted insurance wallet – a simple, intelligent way for people to take back control of their cover, stay protected through life’s changes and unlock fairer value from their policies. He believes insurance should be clear, connected and on the side of the policyholder – not hidden behind jargon and small print. Before Rehuman, Aaron worked in Accenture’s Corporate Venture Capital team, launched a wearable tech practice and specialized in digital wearable biomarkers in life sciences with an eye on how technology can close the gap between data and real human wellbeing. As a contributor to the Forum Stories platform, he writes about the future of insurance, with a focus on how trust, risk and health intersect in a changing world. Sherwood is also the founding curator of the Global Shapers London II Hub, a community of young leaders pushing for positive social impact in their cities and beyond.
