Wermuth Asset Management (WAM) is a German investment firm and family office. It invests via alternative investment funds it launches and for which it acts as exclusive investment adviser, regulated by BAFIN. Areas of focus are private equity with a focus on energy and resource efficiency, real estate development, long/short equity, activist value investing and electric power. WAM seeks to contribute to the move from a linear (take, consume, throw away) to a circular (design to reuse) economy in a profitable fashion.
