The Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending

The Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending was founded in 1997 and is 100% owned by the state. Its main objective is to implement governmental programmes for providing affordable housing and ensuring improvement of housing conditions for the population. It aims to establish conditions so that all Russian citizens have equal opportunities for getting a mortgage loan.
