Saudi National Bank is set to become the Kingdom’s largest wholesale bank and national champion, with $223 billion in assets. Saudi National Bank is the product of a merger between the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia and Samba Financial Group, which was finalized in Q2 of 2021.
