Created in 1975 by the merger of Ricard and Pernod, it now includes Seagram, Allied Domecq and Vin&Sprit. Its brand portfolio includes: Absolut Vodka, Ricard, Ballantine’s, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, and The Glenlivet Scotch, Jameson Irish, Martell, Havana Club, Beefeater, Malibu, and Mumm and Perrier-Jouët champagnes, and Jacob’s Creek, Brancott Estate, Campo Viejo, and Kenwood wines.
