illycaffè produces and markets a blend of espresso coffee. It buys green coffee directly from the growers of Arabica through partnerships based on the mutual creation of value. It is sold in more than 140 countries and is available in more than 50,000 restaurants and coffee bars. Espressamente Illy, a chain of Italian-style coffee bars, is now present in 30 countries and comprises more than 230 outlets. It has also founded a Università del Caffè.
