H55’s mission is to make air transport quiet, clean, safe and affordable by providing electric propulsion and battery management solutions to the aviation industry. H55’s vision is to make autonomous air transport safer by collecting and managing big data in real time, during flight, take-off and landing. H55 is a technological spin off and legacy from Solar Impulse, the first airplane to fly with perpetual unlimited endurance, having successfully completed the historic round-the-world journey. H55 was created by Solar Impulse Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Pilot André Borschberg and members of his former team.
