Grupo Mexico

Grupo Mexico is a Mexico-based company active in mining and transportation operations in Mexico and Peru. It mines and processes metals such as copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, gold and silver. Its two principal subsidiaries are Americas Mining Corporation, active in mining operations, and Infraestructura y Transportes Mexico, active in freight transportation, logistics and multi-modal services. It operates through Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano, Intermodal Mexico, and Texas Pacifico. As of 31 December 2013, the group's sales totalled $9.357 billion.
