Florida Ice and Farm Company produces and distributes over 1,600 beverages and canned food products in Central America. It has 64,000 direct clients and exports to Central, North and South America, Australia and China. It has sales of $610 million and 3,800 employees in Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador. It also has a real estate division with operations in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, where it has a project called Reserva Conchal and a five-star hotel, the Westin Resort and Spa, Playa Conchal.
