Every Infant Matters

Every Infant Matters is a not-for-profit organization focused on serving disadvantaged children by providing last-mile health solutions. Its biggest project is that of preventing blindness by dispensing vitamin A to marginalized children. Its mission is to implement a holistic programme of promoting breastfeeding, deworming, dispelling harmful myths and educating families on hygiene and proper hand-washing techniques to improve childhood nutrition and prevent recurrent infections. It works with core principles of justice and inclusion to promote health equality for all. In the past year, the implementing partners have given vitamin A and Albendazole to 7,130 children and educated 15,000 families on childcare.
