One of the major oil and container terminal operators in China. In terms of annual throughput, it is the largest oil terminal operator, largest container terminal operator and the largest automobile terminal operator in the three north-eastern provinces of China, Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province and Liaoning Province. It was established in Dalian City in 2005 and listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2006 and Shanghai stock exchange in 2010.
