Aleph Farms is a food company that was co-founded with Israeli foodtech incubator the Kitchen Hub and Shulamit Levenberg of the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel. The company is paving a new way forward in the field of cultivated meat, growing real beef steaks directly from the cells.
