Prior to joining the Forum, he worked in the Public Governance Directorate at the OECD and in management consulting on restructuring and divestment projects in Paris. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French from the University of Virginia, an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School, and a Master’s in Public Policy and Data Analytics from Brown University.
