Leader, Global Performance Improvement and Reengineering practices; Leader, Global Full
Potential Transformation Group; Head, Global Recruiting Team. Served on the firm’s
Management Committee, Nominating Committee and Global Operating Committee.
Specializes in large corporate transformations involving strategy, growth, cost reduction,
performance improvement and organizational effectiveness, in financial services, industrial
products, consumer products, retail, telecommunications, energy, technology and transportation.
MS in Management, MIT Sloan School of Management; BS in Chemical Engineering (magna cum
laude), Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Bain in 1998: E.I. Du Pont de Nemours,
