Ilya Bonic is a Senior Partner and President of Mercer's Talent business, as well as the interim European Business Leader for Mercer’s Talent business. Ilya has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource consulting and has worked with leading multi-national companies to build Human resource information resources and tools that allow them to make more informed decisions on strategic people issues.

Ilya joined Mercer in Australia and soon after relocated to Singapore to deliver on Asia Pacific regional responsibilities. Following 5 years in Asia, Ilya moved to Europe and has since based in Geneva. During his time in Geneva, Ilya has undertaken both global and regional roles that have encompassed responsibilities in all markets from which Mercer delivers client consulting services.
