Taught English for the Ministry of Education, Japan 1995-97; Admissions Head, Amity Institute 1998-00; Director, US State Department International Visitor Programme at the World Affairs Council 2005-08; Director, Management Consultancy, Action Planning. From 2008-17, with the World Economic Forum: Head of Civil Society Organizations; Head of Financial Institutions; Head of Community of Chairpersons and Role of Business; Head of Professional Services Industry, and lastly Head of Content Strategy. Now Head of the new Adecco Group Foundation.
