Executive manager commited to Oman's economic development, driving business in key growth areas, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil&gas, automation, manufacturing and smart building technologies. She is instrumental in enabling the digital transformation in Oman and in sustainably building up skilled local workforce in the Sultanate. Claudia began her Siemens career in Germany and also held positions in China and Denmark before becoming regional sales manager for rail automation across Western Europe, Africa and China. Prior to working at Siemens, she held roles in Brazil, France, Morocco, South Africa and the United States for a variety of multinational companies including Embraer Aviation International, Monitor Deloitte and Microsoft, subsequently co-founding a SaaS (software as a service) tech startup in Brazil. In her free time, Claudia enjoys to dance, travel and learn about different cultures, as well as to mentor young entrepreneurs.
Claudia holds an Aeronautical Engineering Degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica, an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
